MEMBERSHIP CATEGORY	REQUIREMENTS and DUES
General Contractor Member (Download Application Here)	This membership category is for general contractors whose principal line of work is building construction. For the first year of membership a $800 initiation fee must accompany the membership application.  For each year thereafter annual dues are calculated based on previous year’s volume: volume less than $ 1,000,000, the annual dues are $800 volume between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000, the annual dues are $1,350 volume between $5,000,000 and $25,000,000 the annual dues are $1,875 volume over $25,000,000 the annual dues are $3,200 Additionally, general contractors members pay service fees (assessments) on each and every general construction prime contract and construction management contract awarded to them.  The service fee is approximately 1/10 of 1% of the contract amount, with a maximum annual assessments amount $50,000.   Click here to download a GC assessment fee schedule.
Associate Member (Download Application Here)	This category includes specialty contractors, suppliers and distributors. Annual dues are a flat $750.
